A neighborhood in Norwalk has been cordoned off on Sunday night after a man was apparently shot and killed on Rosecrans Avenue.
Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Homicide Detectives responded to the 13200 block of Rosecrans Avenue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the shooting death of the man who has not been identified.
According to Lieutenant Corina and Deputy Guillermina Saldaña, the incident took place at 6:19 p.m., and the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
Rosecrans Avenue was closed off near Carmenita Road after the incident.
