WATCH: Gray responds to Barrows at City Council Meeting

These are comments made by Cerritos resident Jay Gray regarding the incident between him and Cerritos Mayor Pro Tem Bruce Barrows in regards to an alleged assault that took place between the two individuals at city hall.
