Two women arrested for stabbing man on Metro Blue Line approaching Firestone Passenger Station

Two women have been arrested for stabbing a man on the Metro Blue Line Train on Sunday night in Los Angeles.
On Sunday,at approximately 7:20 P.M., a male Hispanic in his early 20′s was traveling South on a Metro Blue Line train approaching the Firestone Passenger Station at 8615 Graham Avenue, Los Angeles. He became involved in a physical altercation with two females, one in her early 20′s and one in her early 50′s.

On Sunday,at approximately 7:20 P.M., a male Hispanic in his early 20’s was traveling South on a Metro Blue Line train approaching the Firestone Passenger Station at 8615 Graham Avenue, Los Angeles. He became involved in a physical altercation with two females, one in her early 20’s and one in her early 50’s.

During the altercation, the male Hispanic was cut and stabbed. Sheriff’s Fair Inspectors were made aware of the incident and immediately requested deputies to respond. Transit Services Bureau Deputies quickly arrived and arrested both females.

A knife was recovered at the scene.

Both suspects were arrested for Assault With A Deadly Weapon.

The victim was transported to a local hospital where he was treated for non-life threatening injuries.
