District Attorney Steve Cooley will announce the arrest of Assessor John Noguez and others and the charges against them at a 10:30 a.m. press conference TODAY, October 17.
The Press Conference will be at the 18th Floor Conference Room in the Foltz Criminal Justice Center, 210 W. Temple St.
