Medrano, in an interview with LCCN on Tuesday confirmed that he has met with Noguez on several occasions since his arrest more than three months ago. “I am not his Legal Counsel of Record, but that could change very quickly,” Medrano said.

Medrano attended Tuesday’s hearings.

Co-Defendants Ramin Salari and Mark McNeil were also in court with their individuals attorneys on Tuesday.

Noguez will be back in court on February 1, 2013.
