Troubled Actress Lindsay Lohan appears to have violated her probation on Thursday after she abruptly left a Newport Beach rehabilitation facility.
Santa Monica City Prosecutor Terry White told a daily newspaper in Los Angeles that he learned that Lohan spent “just a few minutes at the Orange County rehab facility before leaving.”
“Ms. Lohan is in violation of her probation, that much is clear,” he told the Los Angeles Times.
The facility Lohan entered apparently is not a licensed to provide alcohol or drug rehab treatment, a state official told CNN on Thursday.
Lohan, 26, flew from New York to California last night to check into Morningside Recovery in Newport Beach, California
