Here is the 9:15 p.m. UPDATE on the SPRING FIRE:
The fire has REACHED PACIFIC COAST HIGHWAY.
The fire that started this morning near Camarillo Springs is now at 8,000 acres, 10% contained and 2,000 homes have been classified as being as a direct “threat.”
15 sustained damage, none were destroyed.
925 personnel are now committed to the fire.
The smoke clouds have reached 8,000 feet into the atmosphere.
Road Clousres, PCH between Las Posas and Yerba Buena, Yerba Buena Rd., Deer Creek Rd.
Mandatory evacuations in: Sycamore Canyon, La Jolla Canyon and Brrome Ranch.
Dos Vientos: residents with ID are being allowed in.
