An additional suspect has been arrested in the brutal murder of Christopher Waters, whose body was found burning in a vehicle parked in an upscale neighborhood in Rancho Palos Verdes two weeks ago.
On Wednesday afternoon, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Homicide Bureau announced that Jose Angel Martinez, 18, of Compton was arrested in connection with the horrific crime.
Waters charred remains were found in a burning vehicle on April 23, in the 30100 block of Miraleste Drive in the upscale enclave of Rancho Palos Verdes.
Martinez was transported to Lakewood Sheriff’s Station and booked for Murder. He is currently being held in lieu of 1,000,000.00 bail. Martinez will be in court on May 10 in Long Beach.
