Los Angeles Sheriff Arson & Explosive Detail responded to the rear parking lot of the Mid-Valley Comprehensive Health Care Facility to investigate a suspicious package after it was discovered by Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department County Services Bureau personnel.
Evacuations of the surrounding structures are pending., according to a statement released to members of the media late Thursday afternoon.
