Fullerton, CA – The Fullerton Community Center is hosting “Merry Night Dive-In,” Friday, December 5th to help us get into the spirit of the holiday seasons. This family night will bring a movie night with swimming and the chance to meet and have their photos with Santa Claus!
Guests are invited to bring a blanket to sit on the grass and enjoy Will Ferrell in the movie, “Elf,” while children work out their energy watching the movie from the indoor pool. The swimming pool will be comfortable for movie viewing and lifeguards will be present to ensure safety.
Winter Wonderland Registration includes: movie admission, indoor pool access, photos with Santa Claus, writing letters to Santa, holiday treats, hot chocolate and lots more. Registration is $5.00 person per. Children 2 years-of-age and under are free. Admission the day of the event is cash only. Advanced registration is highly recommended, with a limited number of swimmers permitted in the pool.
Doors open at 6:00 p.m. The movie will begin at 7:00 p.m. Santa Claus will drop in for photos from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Movie goers can also look forward to pizza and sandwiches from Two Saucy Broads and different styles and flavors of beers from Bootleggers Brewery. The Center’s onsite concession stand will also have additional movie favorites – holiday treats, soft drinks, and more for sale. No outside coolers, food or lawn chairs allowed.
The Fullerton Community Center is located at 340 W. Commonwealth Ave. Normal operating hours for the Fullerton Community Center are Monday – Friday 7:30 a.m. – 9 p.m.; Saturday 7:30 a.m. – 3 p.m.; and Sunday 12 noon – 3 p.m.
