The Montebello Police have confirmed that the body found in a car at the Beverly Hospital is that of Erica Perez. Her husband Daniel Diego Perez, 43, is a person of interest at this point in time in the murder.
A CHP standoff ended Thursday when they surrounded and arrested Perez being sought, along with four of his missing children.
The four children — boys with ages from 6 to 11 — were recovered safely from the vehicle, Lopez said.
