On Wednesday, May 13, the Fifteenth Annual Cerritos Community Prayer Breakfast will be held at the Cerritos Sheraton Hotel, 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. This year’s keynote speaker is Lieutenant Halcott R. Carter, Battalion Chaplain, 1st Combat Engineer Battalion at Camp Pendleton. In addition, the Prayer Breakfast committee will sponsor ten marines from Marine Corp Base Camp Pendleton as attendees and special guests.
All branches of the military will be recognized, active duty and veterans alike. Supervisor Don Knabe, Fourth Supervisorial District, Los Angeles County will again serve as Master of Ceremonies. The Breakfast committee encourages all the public to attend.
The cost is $27 per person or $270 per table of ten. In addition, any individual, organization or business that would like to be a sponsor, there are three ways to participate and be recognized. A Bronze Contributor at $300 donation will receive reservations for one table of ten, signage at your table and recognition in the printed program. The Silver Contributor donating $500, will receive reservations for one table of ten in a prominent location, recognition in the printed program, special signage at your table, and recognition from the podium. A Gold contributor donating $1000 or more will receive reservations for two tables of ten in a prominent location, recognition in the program, a special signage at your table, and recognition from the podium.
