    No 60th anniversary parade on Bloomfield, in 2016. City is broke. Last parade was in 50th anniversary. Youth and elected officials will suffer, as many of the former elected officials will be dying off, as many former council persons are in the 80’s-90′ YO range. Youth window between 50th-70th Anniversary, will be without parade.

    2016 Calendar is re-appearing at cost of $50K.

    Anna Titus sits on this commission, while her daughter, Sheree Titus is a personnel staffer for this commission.

    Population of over 50,000, the city should be able to appoint someone else.

    SCULPTURE GARDEN | 183rd & Bloomfield.

    90 Invited sculptures, only 2 sculpture’s want to display their work in the 90703 Civic Center Sculpture Garden.

    City was trying to have some new sculpture pieces on a loan basis, at no charge to the city.

    Fine Arts Commission, booed and hiss and declined to award the process to the 2 sculptures whom wanted to participate.

    Back to square one, wasted 3 yrs on the entire process, plus went thru multiple campaign elections, nothing materialized.
