Three people were killed and two injured in a three vehicle collision in Commerce this past Saturday that authorities say probably involved street racing.
The crash occurred around 1 AM on South Malt between Garfield and Telegraph Road
Lieutenant Robert Medrano of the LA County Sheriffs Department told HMG-CN, “there may have been street racing involved but we don’t know yet because the Internet remains under investigation.”
Three people died at the scene. They were Oscar Sanchez 15 of South Gate, Guilermo Gutierrez, 29 of Los Angeles, and Oscar Gutierrez Sabino 27 also of Los Angeles.
Two others were taken to County-USC Medical Center.
