Hews Media has been told that a fire is buring in an apartment complex in Artesia at 186th and Gridley. HMG delivery driver Eddie Garcia, who is on his weekly delivery route throwing the Community News to all homes in Artesia, is on the seen and will update when available.
UPDATE:
Confined to one unit resident was taken to hospital due to smoke inhalation. 6 different stations responded to the fire which was at 186/Jersey in Artesia, the fireman had to go through the attic to get to the fire. Photos by Tammye McDuff.
