Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Homicide detectives are responding to investigate the shooting death of a man. The incident occurred on Sunday, February 17, 2019 at approximately 7:16 p.m., on the 11600 block Rosecrans Ave., Norwalk.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
