You are a great candidate. Few acute pointers: ditch the Black Dress, wear more professional suit with the Fall colors and little glam. This is California, be proud of the famous Hollywood Designers.
On your campaign advertising, sell diversity: Redheads, Blondes, bald, amputees, Vets, Pregnant, Euros, Jews, babies, twins, African Americans, homeless, wheel chairs, white washed races, crippled/handicappers, crutch, canes, newborns to oldest at 103 YO, gays and lesbians, latinos, So Americans, dairy personnel, widows, fats, blind, single people, midgets, everybody who resides in the city of Cerritos. Turn off is when Asian candidates show only Asian candidates. Tired of seeing trophy winning bodies, who reside in the city, what about the less fortunate>…WHAT ABOUT THEM?????
What can you bring to the office, to bring back the glory to yesteryears home stock, since you are a seasoned bus. Person? Our hoods and public landscape are embarrassment: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gy2bZ5tvDq0
Since 2000 , candidates have run on street trees, public works, 20 yrs latter, issues are only growing larger: http://cerritospublicworks.blogspot.com/
250 RVers have fled the city, to cleaner hoods and villages which are RV friendly, we have 99% vacant RV Side Yards.
What about mandated Granny Flats?
15,000 homes have one thing in common: Investors in real estate. CCC/ are our CEO’s and #1 is the housing/real estate stock. No one bought here for Disneyland Entertainment, library, CCPA as the past CEO have ignored the investors of our stock. Our housing stock, is about $250K below the sales price in nearby Rossmoor, N Downey, Hunt Beach and Yorba Linda…….housing element needs RX by next seated CCC.

What about mandated Granny Flats? What happened to the Del Amo Bridge Project, DOA for past 50 yrs? Why can’t all 15,000 home tap in to Cerritos water, 300 homes /parks use La Palma water at 2.5x higher prices.
