Cerritos neighborhood watch has died, also we never get any emails on the neighborhood watch anymore, and the neighborhood watch block captains never have any parties/meetings. It totally was a waste of time and just created a lot of warfare throughout the city. It was used only for the council re-election.
NW which had a chance for survival, had common element, neighborhood schools and hoods full of students, parents had something in common.
