Police and Sheriff are not really curbing crime and their annual budget increases….Cities surrounding Greater Dairy Valley should look in to employing private security patrol, compared to Shadow Park HOA, in Cerritos!! Lot of private patrol cars can cruise our streets and be more effective watchguards for the policing.Volunteers on patrol, were waste of tax payers money.
…………..& then—Cerritos— has abandoned the Neighborhood Watch Zones, because of arguing, questionable campaigning, council no shows, lack of english spoken and absence from communications from LASD. Many Hoods report they have not had a patrol car cusie their streets in months.
Diversity is one thing, but diversity does not spell harmony in this city, when it comes to Neighborhood Watch cohesiveness.
Just look at all parked cars ( plus) homes frt windows in Cerritos, none are displaying the Cerritos Neighborhood Watch decals. City tried to help, but the residents have chosen to ignore freebies to help them and all of the other homes. Thank you China and India.
